Inner Harbor Village in beautiful Port Ludlow is a quintessentially Pacific Northwest community of 46 units in 16 buildings situated on Ludlow Bay and nestled in an exquisitely landscaped park-like setting between Ludlow Cove and Hidden Cove. Inner Harbor Village is adjacent to the Bay Club and has easy access to numerous hiking trails, including the Ludlow Falls trail, the nearby marina and the Port Ludlow golf course.
Our community is in the midst of a project to further beautify and upgrade our buildings with new roofs, fresh paint, and new gutters and downspouts. This is a great community that's becoming even better!
The Inner Harbor Village Condominium Association (IHVCA) website features a public section with official documents such as the CC&Rs and House Rules, along with a private, password-protected section for association business. To obtain the password for the private section, please contact the association secretary.
